Industrial Engineer
Industrial Engineer with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering (ABET-accredited) and hands-on experience across aerospace manufacturing and research operations. Skilled in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (DMAIC), root cause analysis, simulation modeling, and data analysis. Adept at identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and improving material flow and workflows. Also brings hands-on IT support experience and growing software development skills, currently applied to building a cloud application for the manufacturing floor.

One cloud app for the whole Lean toolkit.
LeanX is an AI-assisted, cloud-based platform that brings the everyday tools of Lean manufacturing into a single workspace — instead of juggling spreadsheets, whiteboards, and disconnected software for every improvement activity. The goal is one login for root cause analysis, 5S / 6S audits, Kanban boards, and warehouse layout optimization, with the AI layer surfacing patterns and suggesting next steps as teams work. Built to be modular, so new tools can be added as new needs come up on the floor.
A senior capstone study of MRO inventory bottlenecks at Turkish Airlines Technic.
A capstone project conducted on-site at Turkish Airlines Technic's Sabiha Gökçen Airport facility. I mapped every department in the maintenance chain — planning & engineering, material supply, R&D, process improvement, the workshop, warehouse, aircraft maintenance engineering, health & safety, and quality — then ran a SWOT analysis on the operation as a whole. Root-cause work on recurring material-supply delays used a Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagram and a Pareto analysis to rank causes such as overseas sourcing, a mid-migration software system, customs delays, and stock that wasn't tracked live. From there I reviewed literature on just-in-time production and inventory lot-sizing, compiled a critical-materials list, and built an Arena simulation of the warehouse to fit real demand distributions and test stock-control policies.
